● Booking accepted only 90 days in advance for tent or RV camping, anytime this season for Comfort Camping.
● Full payment is required upon booking, please see cancellation policy prior to completing your booking.
● Maximum 6 people per site. If you have 7 or more people traveling with you, you may request a second a site.
● We do not have group bookings, please ensure you are booking for yourself with your information, family and friends are required to book their own site.
● Requests for Specific Sites: We try to satisfy requests but do not under any circumstances guarantee specific site numbers, they are assigned upon arrival and availability is dependent on the circumstances for that day.

●CAMPSITE CANCELLATION POLICY: A $15 Cancellation fee will be applied if more than 48 hours in advance. If guests fail to provide the 48 hour notice, you will be charged for one night and the rest of the reservation will be canceled.

●DOME CANCELLATION POLICY: Full Refund with a $25 cancellation fee if more than 14 days prior to check in. 50% Refund if less than 14 days but more than 7 days notice. No refunds will be issued if booking is cancelled 7 days in advance or less, early departures or inclement weather.
